A - It's good to live by, the worst thing someone can be in a relationship is 'the heartbroken lover.' No one wants to be in a relationship with someone who says things like 'I loved them so much...I'm just in so much pain because I feel like my heart is shattered.' It makes the other person feel unloved and not up to standards or not good enough. It's okay to be that way for a bit after a break up, but love is everywhere and love needs to be strong with no intrusions from the past heartbreaks. It's between the people IN the relationship. That's what that quote means.

A:because sometimes the situation can sometimes seem like something else that you have seen/been through in the past. which brings up the feelings you had at that time. which at the time might not be what is really suitable for the occasion.
