NU Advent Calendar 2k15

I think it is Time again to reorganize the Advent Calendar project for this year.
It was a great thing and I were very proud of you that you all managed it so good last year in this short amount of time.
So this Year we'lll start the planning a bit earlier to prevent from chaos or double uploads like we had last year. ^^

The procedure would be the same as last year:
Every member who takes part of the project uploads 1 to 4 tracks on a day from december 1st to 24th.
We will arrange who uploads on which day together.
You should upload your track(s) on a day u usually don't upload. But that's not such an important thing. (it should be more a little extra for our subscribers)

The Design we'll take is like that (but we still can change it so we are open for new Ideas):

I'd put previous track in the upper left together with that date, the next track in the upper right together with that date, and put the current date in the video title.

There is a playlist I did so I'll add all the tracks to it.
The playlist has to be at the top of each of your channels, as an Eyecatcher (From December 1st to January 3rd).

In the video of the track you upload, it would be good to insert a link to the channel who uploads the next track.
Also the next person has to do so too.
And so on ...

I'd love to take part again this year but I'm going to be in Japan for the start of December. I think I get back on the 14th (I'll confirm this later) so I won't be able to upload anything before then.

Okay so I have the dates now. I'm going to be in Japan (and Hong Kong) from the 1st of December to the 14th, which means I won't be uploading anything until some days after (say, the 17th?). I won't put my name down for anything until I do get back though, but hopefully there will still be some free slots.

I'm glad you brought that up. I was considering using it, and still am, however if I do I won't be able to add the annotations that redirect viewers to the video playlist or the videos before and after mine (which I consider to be a pretty big part of having a community event like this).

If those before/after you have already uploaded as unlisted, then it still works. That's quite unlikely though.

Yeah, it's unlikely. I think I'll just wait until I come back, or at-least until December is a bit closer so I have the chance of adding an annotation to the video before mine. We'll see! :P

I don't really know what you mean by host the playlist :P you mean like create a youtube playlist and update it with this year advent calendar songs everyday someone uploads their part ?

I only didn't want to host the playlist because ppl could say i only want subs, 'cause I hosted it last year too.

oh ^-^ I thought there was some more simple reason like you wanted someone else to host because you did last year or you just don't have time to do it. I don't even know if you can earn subs from hosting a playlist but logically it makes sense (¬‿¬)
Edit: Now I feel bad for taking this spot ^-^ I feel like this is NU project so someone who is more active here should host it because I don't frequently visit this forum much

Do we really have only 4 confirmed song ? December 1st is very close :/ are we supposed to upload more than 1 song for this ? cause it seems impossible to fill 23 days of music with only like 12 participants :P unless other people still joins or there are people who did not write their name in the google sheets document
