Can tethering give your phone wifi using your computers internet? I know tethering can give your computer internet using your phone as a hotspot, but i want it the other way around. will tethering support this? if not what can i use to give my phone wifi using a computer?

You can give the pc an internet connection with the phone, but not the other way around.
You just need to buy a router, connect it with your internet cable and the pc cable(usb)
You don't need to pay extra taxes for it, just buy the router and it will be holding for a lifetime(of course, i heard that in some states you need to, so i suggest you check it out via the internet).
