I read the novels, they are awesome <3 But no, there hasn't been any sign of a third season on SAO. There was a rumor about a month ago, but it was nothing special.
I'm looking forward to the anime adaption, if there will be one.

3. Gun Gale Online
4. UnderWorld

As far as it goes for Light Novel, I have read all of the Volumes up until now.
I would need to know what you want to know in specific to answer.

As for the Anime getting a Second Season, introducing the 3rd Arc, Gun Gale Online, nothing was said yet.
However, it is almost 100% sure that the Second Season will not be coming out in 2013.
2014, maybe.

Sales, yes.
Fans opinions, no.

Although fans opinions are screaming, they don't ever hear that.
However, we are lucky enough that the sales are really huge and a Second Season could be more or less assured.

Aww, I got hyped up when I was told it was coming out this July

No fan opinions are actually okay considering the fact that there are some ultra-popular series with so many stupid fillers. ;)
