A new set of Cans

Post by GuitarG20 » April 16th, 2010, 4:02 pm

So my SkullCandy ear buds broke again...this is the second time that they've broken in the last 3 months...

So I think I'm going to go to a full can setup. I liked having the earbuds for the portability, but cans sounds soo much better...

I wanna get something under $50, nice quality, looks don't really make any difference to me...and, if you're asking, I have a set of BOSE QC3 headphones, and I want to have some that I don't value quite as much.

I'm thinking about these...

They are awesome, probably even better mine (maybe)
I would say they are certainly worth buying if you're up for it.

The fit all the obvious criteria plus few extra handy features as well
(Such as blocking out unwanted ambience)

i hate the fact that no matter what kind of head or earphones u get, always the cords or little cables inside bend too much and break...
i wish i had wireless earphones

They do exist. I saw a pair in a magazine ages ago. Used bluetooth though, so it'd be very unreliable.

Those look pretty sweet for that price. Go for it if you want.

lolz. its funny. audiophiles think alike :D

i was about to reccomend the sennheisers but as soon as i clicked on the link, i realized that u already had them in mind.

so i suggest the sennheisters.

something high end would be nice like these

http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-HD600- ... 21&sr=8-13

or even the HD 800s but i guess the cheaper ones would work for more practical purposes.
either buy the 30 dollar senns or buy the more expensive ones and use ur bose as ur everyday

or maybe even these grado ones http://www.amazon.com/Grado-Prestige-SR ... =pd_cp_e_1

if u had the cash, just get some nice sennheiser hd 650s or something. i personally want the really nice denons or the hd 800s.
